What it is

A minimal multi-service scaffold covering invoicing, swap quoting, wallet management, settlement, compliance and monitoring. The README's own TODO list shows most of the logic still to be written.

What it does

  • Six service folders: ingestion, swap-engine, wallet-manager, settlement, compliance, monitoring.

Limits and honest status

  • Scaffold only: README TODO lists API docs, compliance rules, blockchain listeners, swap execution and CI as not done.
  • Not suitable as custody or compliance software.
